framebuffer

Message 2 in thread

Hi,

Qt embedded should also work against the framebuffer, but maybe colordepth do
not match.

However the framebuffer will interfere with X11, and usually requires root
privileges to access. So the better way of developing for Qt/Embedded is by
using the virtual framebuffer (have a look in QTDIR/tools/qvfb). Compile it
against an X11 of version of Qt and start it. The start your embedded app
with -display QVFb:0 and it should appear on the virtual framebuffer.
